This is the seal typical of downtown refills. From the nearby Wolności Square, the plot offers a view of the Kielce downtown and distant hills, including Karczówka. That is why large glazed windows have been designed and balconies running along the whole facade, which allow not only to admire the spectacular panorama, but also the internal green and quite extensive yard of the quarter. The composition of the front elevation on one side orientates the view from the apartments, on the other hand it is a modern game of forms. The rhythmical division of the front façade, the gable covered roof with the roof in the ridge system and the lime plaster were supposed to blend the building into the existing frontage of the building.
The building has 1 commercial premises on the ground floor, 6 3-room apartments, 1-room 5-room apartments and 7 parking spaces in the underground garage.
